Featuring a revolutionary new ePE microporous laminate, the latest generation of Gore-Tex Pro products is set to hit the market in 2025.

With its latest ePE laminate family, Gore-Tex Pro is redefining performance gear for 2025. This groundbreaking material represents the pinnacle of Gore’s innovation journey in creating microporous, PFAS-free, ultra-thin, and CO₂-reduced laminates. Meeting the exceptional Gore-Tex Pro quality standards, these new laminates are rigorously designed and tested to withstand the most extreme conditions.

In 2023, Gore-Tex introduced ePE-based three-layer Performance products for outdoor enthusiasts. The next step, launching in fall 2025, is eagerly awaited by mountaineers and professionals: The all-new Gore-Tex Pro. Top outdoor brands including Arc’teryx, Mammut, Norrøna, Patagonia, and Peak Performance are already set to integrate this technology into their premium products for the most demanding activities.

“Our upcoming Gore-Tex Pro technology, debuting in Fall/Winter 2025, will continue to deliver the most robust, uncompromising performance,” says Sara Ellis, Gore-Tex Pro Product Specialist.

“We’re thrilled to offer athletes a solution that upholds our reputation for excellence while promoting sustainability with a reduced CO₂ footprint.”

Kenny Raughley, scientist at the Gore-Tex Durability Testing Team, adds,

“This new Gore-Tex Pro is PFAS-free, CO₂-reduced, and built to last. Our advanced lab tests go beyond standard procedures—subjecting materials to intense bending, abrasion, and tear evaluations to ensure top performance under the harshest conditions.”

Gore-Tex Pro products embody Gore’s “Responsible Performance” ethos: Pushing technological limits responsibly and ensuring durability that meets the highest demands.
