Startup offers outdoor brands repair solution

Goodloop, a specialist in the repair of outdoor sports apparel, launches a new repair platform dedicated to brands. This interface aims to simplify and optimize the after-sales service management process, offering a complete and efficient solution to meet the needs of brands committed to repair.

Understanding that repair logistics remain a hurdle for brands, Goodloop has developed an intuitive and efficient repair order interface, specifically designed to meet the logistical requirements of each brand and distributor. This tool, co-developed with about ten partner brands of Goodloop, enables brands to order repairs in just a few clicks, select their shipping methods, and provide reliable order tracking to their customers.

In their dedicated space, brands can monitor the status of repairs in real-time and access in-depth data analysis on repaired items and the CO2 saved through their repair efforts. By leveraging this data, brands can subsequently work on improving their collections and enhancing the repairability of their products.

This flexible and customizable solution allows brands to optimize their after-sales service management time and strengthen their relationship with their customers.

This solution represents a further step in our commitment to making repair accessible to as many people as possible, especially brands. We are convinced that this new platform will help accelerate brands’ move towards new circular models,” shares Solenne and Louise, founders of Goodloop.

Goodloop already has an extensive network of partners and outdoor brands, including Cimalp, Mero Mero, Sunvalley, and Snowleader. Another partner includes the Oberalp group (Salewa and Dynafit), which shared in a statement:

“A simple and effective interface for managing and tracking after-sales service. It also saves […] time managing parcels with possible direct returns to customers. The dashboard provides both a global and precise view of the repairs carried out if there is a need for analysis.”
