British outdoor brand Rab, owned by Equip Outdoor Technologies Ltd., has won the Drapers Positive Change Award 2026. The award recognizes brands that demonstrate a clear sustainability strategy, measurable progress, meaningful supplier engagement, and innovation.

The award acknowledges Rab’s long-term approach to responsible business and transparency across its ESG and CSR agenda. This includes initiatives such as Material Facts and broader efforts to deliver measurable environmental and social impact.

The judges stated that sustainability is embedded in the company’s core strategy and highlighted its progress across environmental, social, and community areas:

They have a clear and holistic ESG and CSR strategy across community, environmental, and social, which has already shown great progress across multiple areas.”
